(Assessment + Plan) Day 1 is ALWAYS an assessment no matter if you have never touched a weight in your life or you are a professional athlete.

(Coach + Measure + Adjust) Weeks 1 & 2: We establish a routine! This will be “easier” work to set your foundation for long term success.

(Coach + Measure + Adjust) Weeks 3 & 4: We progress from our foundation! This is where we push in the right way!
